How does the 60-hour guarantee work?
We begin with a 90-day implementation phase to onboard Mason, connect your systems, and build your workflows. If, after those 90 days, Mason has not taken at least 60 hours of work per month off your plate, we keep working until it does.
Do I have to train Mason myself?
No. Tekton handles the onboarding, training, system connections, and workflow setup. We ask you for business context, priorities, and permission to connect your tools. You do not have to figure out the technical setup or train an AI assistant yourself.
What happens on the call?
We talk through the work that keeps pulling you back into the office, identify where Mason could save you time, and explain the 90-day implementation and 60-hour guarantee. You leave with a clearer picture of what you could hand off.
Is Mason available outside office hours?
Yes. Mason is available 24/7, so you can ask for help early, late, or between jobs. The work it can handle depends on the workflows and connections we have set up. Sending messages and other actions that require approval still wait for the right person.
Does Mason only work when I ask?
We build proactive workflows too. For example, Mason can flag an incoming email, find the relevant job information, and bring you a reply to approve. We keep identifying repeat work that Mason can take on as we learn your business.
How do we work with Mason?
You and your team talk to Mason in Discord. Ask in plain language, share a document, or follow up in the same conversation. We handle the setup and show your team how to work with Mason.
Can Mason work with our existing software?
We review the tools you use during onboarding and connect the supported systems with your permission. What Mason can do depends on the connections and workflows configured for your business.
Do we get more than the examples shown here?
Yes. These are starting examples, not a fixed list of everything Mason can do. Each month, we look at what is still taking up your time and build more workflows customized to your business, your team, and the systems you use. Mason’s role grows as we put more of that recurring work in its hands.
Does Mason do everything on day one?
No. We start by teaching Mason your business and putting useful workflows to work. We test the connections and workflows, then expand what Mason handles over time.
Do we still approve important actions?
Yes. Owners and managers review actions such as sending emails or changing records. Your team gets access appropriate to their role, and Mason does not move money.
